Hmmm well got engaged over xmas 
that probably the biggest news
Darrell then had to spend 7 weeks in Norway with the army but we actually had more snow in the UK.
The darn snow meant I couldn’t ride for almost a month as the yard was snowed in. Thankfully Fleur is on full livery so my yard owner took great care of her whilst I couldn’t get to the yard.
We seemingly have finally said goodbye to the freezing weather but literally only in the last few days. 12 degrees now seems positively tropical!
Last weekend had our first competitive outing of the year. Did a prelim at Bicton college, nothing spectatular but a good outing and we came home with 4th in good company so was pleased. Onwards and upwards now although most spare funds are going towards the wedding although that won’t be until late next year.
I have thrown myself into wedding planning head first and I have three fabulous bridesmaids to help me along the way. subject to confirming dates we have already chosen our venue which is just gorgeous and a little bit different!
That will have to do for an update for now, bets now being taken for when I next remember to update!!
